Returns on Faulty Items

Grace Herrmann products operates in line with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission consumer guarantees. If you find there is a problem with your purchase, you can opt for a REPAIR, REPLACEMENT or REFUND. We want to make sure our customers receive only the very best so never hesitate to contact us about a product you've bought here. Any faults must be emailed to us with your order number within 10 days of receiving the items. We'll do our best to rectify the situation!

 

Exchanges

If you've had a case of buyers remorse, you can exchange your product within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it's in sellable condition, and you enclose a self addressed return postbag in the package.
